We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
We are a new company and as an administrator with us, you will be able to guide and bolster our customer's experience on a daily basis through contact by email, phone, and in person meetings and site visits.
This job would involve managing a pipeline of incoming event requests, answering calls throughout the day, and managing all reservations. You would also input information into our system, and create a workflow for individual events, all while maintaining our standard for communication and engagement by ensuring that inquiries, requests, and questions are answered quickly and thoroughly.
We're looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, both written and oral, who is able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment without skipping a beat. Prior experience in an administrative or events production role is a big plus.
