Local Mortgage Company is looking to hire a "Director of First Impressions" to join there office staff! This is a very busy position that requires experience in handling busy phones, scheduling and being the first point of contact the the public.
Position pays $17.00 an hour.
Answering incoming calls and directing call to appropriate department.
Taking messages in a timely manner.
Perform data entry and ordering of office supplies.
Will handle both incoming and outgoing mail.
Help with mailer and supporting staff with miscellaneous projects.
MS Office Suite - intermediate Level
Phones- Multi-line Phone System
A minimum of 3 years Receptionist experience.
Professional work environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
