As an Office Manager and HR/Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office procedures. Additionally, you will handle various human resources functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records maintenance, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, maintaining payroll records, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in office management, human resources, and payroll administration. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in relevant software and systems is also required to effectively manage HR and payroll functions.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Check daily banking procedures
Answer all emails and voicemails
Assist all departments with any business transactions
Manage all accounting procedures
Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Daily accounting input, weekly general ledger reconciliation
Monthly Financial Statement preparation and input.
Weekly and biweekly payrolls reconcile and input.
Once a year renewals for Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurances, General Liability, Automobile
Assist with Inventory twice a year
401k yearly procedures
Assist Management with any business concerns and needs.
Yearly CPA tax preparation for the year.
Assist Accounting departments with all accounting concerns and reconciliations A/R, A/P.
Pre Employment testing screening
Employee packets completed
Log new employee in payroll system, time keeping
Orientation/Benefits package
New employees 60 day probation period
Terminations, Exit papers, final check
All employee documents by mail that need to be handled from State
Help employees with personal problems and concerns
