DALLASWHITE Corporation - Panama City, FL office, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for full time position. The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-starter, highly motivated person, with a proven track record and 3 plus years’ experience in a fast pace office environment.

- Heavy data entry - alpha and numeric
- Prepare reports and other correspondence
- Answer phones and schedule conference calls
- Coordinate scheduling of appointment/meetings with clients
- Research and vet local vendors
- General filing, copying, email correspondence, job files
The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a heavy administrative support role
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
- Efficient, punctual, and excellent organizational skills
- Pleasant telephone voice, with ability to trouble shoot problems
- A team player who can communicate well with staff and customers
- Must have dependable transportation
- High school diploma required; college educated a plus
