- Position: Administrative Officer
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $25.00 ~ $28.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 110-6951 72nd Street, Delta, BC V4G 0A2
- 4% vacation pay
- Create, evaluate, and implement administrative procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Perform administrative activities of establishment.
- Administer policies, procedures, and all the document records within the company.
- Manage office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Prepare operating budget and keep inventory and budget controls.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in the related industry is required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Language: English
