Compensation: $ 24.29/hour
Hours of Work: 30-40 hours/week
Vacant: 2
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee renumeration
Job Duties
- Receive and respond to daily emails from employers, colleagues, and clients.
- Handle requests for information and date.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Receive and record payments.
- Arrange a meeting with clients regarding inquiries.
- Organize clients’ files and forward them to responsible colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: Completion of a one or two-year college or other programs in administrative assistant OR the equal amount of previous clerical experience is preferred.
- Language: Functional English language is required for this position.
