Management Business Solutions is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in Kalamazoo, MI. This person would serve as the phone operator, as well as administrative support for the office. They would be responsible for answering phones through a headset and directing calls to the correct staff members. The ideal candidate must have a strong background with Microsoft Excel.
- Answering a large call volume.
- Perform assigned administrative tasks.
- Send invoices/statements for customers.
- Schedule/arrange meetings.
- Utilize Microsoft office suite to create any necessary documents.
- Professionally handle confidential information.
- Stay up to date with policies/procedures and suggest changes as needed.
- Associate Degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
- Ability to answer phones professionally required.
- Strong Excel Background required.
- Great people skills very detail oriented required.
- Experience with Telephone Answering Service Software preferred.
