The Business Operations Coordinator is the first voice/face of the company and our ideal candidate should be outgoing, personable, and business savvy.
Customer Service - utilizing scheduling software, client relations, contract renewals, sales (both retail and landscape services) Reception for incoming calls, customer inquiry intake and resolution
Performing day to day Quick Book functions such as invoicing, accounts payable, payroll, etc.
Organize Files, Insurance Policies and Order Supplies
Marketing initiatives: flyers, sales promotions, website enhancements
Human Resources – payroll, applications, recruiting, checking references (when needed)
Strategic insight to growth and business fluidity enhancements
