JOB DESCRIPTION : Office Admin
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
Take the ownership of handling the entire cycle of Lead Management & Vendor Management
Ensure the deadlines are KPIs are meet within the timeframe.
Prepare & Follow-up Quotations, PO and Invoices
Arrange Team Meetings and update daily activities.
Customer service-oriented communication tones.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in digitalization filing structure is preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Minimum 2 years of Experience with 1 year relevant to sales activity experience is preferred.
