Receptionist/Administrative $17hr (8-5*- TAGALOG SPEAKING IS A PLUS **)
A small Construction Company in the Valley Village is looking for an experienced office administrator in the Home Improvement industry a must of at least 1 years exp.
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Direct all visitors to the appropriate personnel and answer all inquiries.
Direct all incoming calls and inquiries by answering, screening, and transferring telephone calls, taking messages. Answer overflow telephone calls
as necessary:Assisting staff, with various administrative tasks as needed (i.e. filing, copying, assisting in preparation of reports,proposals, Estimates ,calendar ,schedule,Customer service,confirmation...etc. )
Performs other duties as assigned.
MUST SPEAK fluent**** ENGLISH

Previous Receptionist/Administrative experience
accounting Must , payroll, Quickbooks MUST
and project correspondence.
Ability to organize and manage changing priorities
Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel AND Quickbooks)
Ability to multitask with strong sense for meeting deadlines
Mon.- Thur 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Fri 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
weekly pay Every Friday
Experience in home improvement and accounting is a must
