Intercon Security Ltd., located at 2491 McCallum Road suite 102 Abbotsford, British Columbia V2S 3P8 is looking to fill 1 permanent full-time position for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The qualified Administrative Assistant will perform the following duties:
- Coordinate the daily activity of the office by introducing standard procedures to carry out routine activities.
- Establish work priorities, provide support to management, and assist with budgeting and general office expenses.
- Provide information to potential clients, prepare estimates, maintain records, prepare invoices, collect payment.
- Create and maintain electronic files.
- May prepare payment for office expenses such as utilities, office supplies, business expenses, credit cards, etc.
- Provide clerical support such as answering phones, type, print, fax, distribute mail, schedule appointments, etc.
- Other duties related to providing support to a very busy office operation.
The right candidate will have the following skills:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to details
Wages offered: $25.00/hour for 40 hrs/wk
