Asia Global Trading Ltd. in Burnaby, BC is looking for an administrative assistant.
Previous clerical experience or related college level of education is required
Wage: C$22 per hour
Working Hours: 35 hours / week (Full-Time and Permanent)
Benefit: 10 Days of Paid Vacation per year or 4% gross salary
Work Location: 2750 Ingleton Ave. Burnaby, BC V5C 5X4
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports, brochures, publications, and other related material for the business and stores
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for customers and employer
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling systems
- Answer telephone and email inquiries and relay calls and messages
- Greet visiting customers and direct customers to the employer and managing staff
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for the employer and managing staff
