Our client, a growing, fast-paced chiropractic office, located in Nashua, NH is seeking a high-energy, dedicated, compassionate Assistant.
Responsibilities include answering the phones, greeting and preparing the patients to see the doctors, data entry and collecting and recording payments.
Must be a team player with excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills, basic computer skills and a willingness to learn all aspects of working in the medical office.
Must have the ability to work flexible hours. Typical schedule is approximately 35 hours/week. Monday – Wednesday (9:00 a.m. until closing). Thursday 1:00 pm until closing. Closing can be as late as 9:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday – normally closed. Some weekends and evenings may be required.
Previous medical/chiropractic experience is not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
