* Order Fullfilment in Logistics Department- Receiving all orders and ensure backorder items would meet deadline, Obtaining necessary documentations for all shipment for example; POD's, Airwaybill, Waybills, Manifest and more, to keep our files updated. Credit Card Expenses for Accounting. Reconcile Bank Account and make sure all copies of receipts were emailed to our bank data for all charges. Coding all incoming invoices and submitting to accounitng department for payments. Coordinating transportation for local deliveries and much more.
