At Motion SG, we provide the knowledge and guidance to our prospects in their homes, bringing the solution right to their door. 

Fossil-fuel combustion attributed to residential and commercial buildings accounts for roughly 29 percent of total U.S. greenhouse gas emissions. We are change-transformers, partnering with solar producers to provide a customer service-driven sales force to actively increase the adoption of a renewable energy source.

Right now, we are adding a Sales Representative to our team. This is a 100% commission-based position planning and selling solar products to homeowners. Whether you’ve sold cars, insurance, electronics, mobile phones, or houses, if you can make connections with people, gain their trust, and confidently share product insights, this is a rewarding opportunity to accelerate your professional career. Purpose. We are making a difference in the fight against climate change, educating prospects and property owners, on the benefits of solar energy. A true renewable energy source, with minimal impact on the environment, we represent the leading solar brands on the market today. By creating a customized solution, eligible for a federal government subsidy, we save homeowners tens of thousands of dollars. 

What you will do  

Learn. You will participate in product and sales training, growing an understanding of the benefits and functions of our solar products. 

Earn trust. You will attend two new prospect appointments a day, booked for you by our Appointment Setters, where you will sit down with interested homeowners to create the right-fit solar solution for their home and property. 

Follow up. You will attend a number of follow up meetings with homeowners to finalize their commitment and close the sale. You will be flexible to their schedule, whether that’s early mornings, evenings or weekends. Both before and after closing the deal, you will be available to answer any questions or concerns they may.

Keep going. You will maintain contact with your customers, to further your contacts for prospecting, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with the product.

What you bring 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and resiliency. You will be interacting with warm but reserved homeowners and you are ready to step up to the challenge of presenting the benefits of investing in solar products. While you don’t give up easily, you can maintain a sense of professionalism at all times and understand that rejection is part of your day.
  • An entrepreneurial approach. You are motivated to share knowledge and close deals. You want to make money and set yourself up for the next step in your career with us.
  • A growth mindset. You will be learning about our product and our sales approach. You may need to come up to speed on using CRM tools to track and manage scheduled appointments, document customer details, and generally track your data.
