Choose your schedule, and all agents must provide support services at least 15 hours per week. Some positions offer unlimited servicing hours 24/7, 365 days per year.

Agents can NOT reside in any of the following states. California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

Critical Thinking and someone who pays attention to details is a key factor when providing services to high-end clients. Our agents must demonstrate efficiency and leadership and must be able to perform remotely without supervisors. Client metrics have an extreme impact on our call center. Therefore we have high expectations for agents who service for our virtual call center. Top performers receive great bonuses and incentives with many clients.
