We are needing people to help audit a student housing complex in Tampa, FL.  Since this is student housing, you'll need to pose as a student (or parent of a student) looking for housing for the next semester.  This audit includes making a PHONE CALL to the property, then an ON-SITE visit for a tour.  The tour will take 15-30 minutes and REQUIRES picture ID.    

Audits will include evaluating customer service, cleanliness, organization, and closing ability.  This audit is informational ONLY.  No applications of any type will be required.  Auditors will fill out an online questionnaire to report their findings.
