REWARD! ASTOR IS MISSING FROM IN FRONT OF LEONARD TIRE COMPANY, 201 LOMAS BLVD. NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87102. ASTOR is a handsome fellow. ASTOR is large and chubby. Gray; Black; White with a snow-white star between his eyes. ASTOR has a white nose and white around his mouth, chin and chest. ASTOR’s white hair goes around the back of his neck. ASTOR has a white stomach and four (4) white paws. ASTOR is microchipped and neutered. ASTOR’s left ear is “ear-tipped” to prove that ASTOR is neutered and vaccinated. ASTOR IS VERY AFFECTIONATE!
ASTOR was frightened and disoriented when ASTOR and his 64-YEAR OLD, FULLY-DISABLED SINGLE MOMMY were sleeping in the ground in front of Leonard Tire Company. On Monday morning, February 19, 2018 at 3:30 a.m. (in the middle of the night) during the terrible 12-degree sleet and snow storm. ASTOR was terrorized as the two (2) Albuquerque Police Department Officers walked up on sleeping ASTOR and shined their flashlight high-beams into ASTOR's little eyes. ASTOR was already freezing because he and his mommy were homeless and frozen from the sleet and snow falling on top of them. ASTOR jumped out soaking wet from under his blanket and ran out into the parking lot. As ASTOR ran out into the parking lot, one of the North Hills Mobile Home Park stalkers drove up on ASTOR in her vehicle. ASTOR was wailing and going round and round in a circle because he was so frightened. Before ASTOR’s mommy could catch ASTOR and cover him back up under his blankets, ASTOR ran toward Lomas Boulevard in the dark. ASTOR’s mommy has not seen ASTOR since. At least one (1) of the Albuquerque Police Department officers that walked up on ASTOR at 3:30 a.m. in the middle of the night is associated with the North Hills Mobile Home Park STALKERS who have been criminally stalking and terrorizing ASTOR and his mommy for years.
For you see, ASTOR has had a rough go of it. In 2012, ASTOR’s mommy purchased a mobile home at North Hills Mobile Home Park, the office is 7200 North Hills Boulevard NE (on Louisiana Blvd NE about one-fourth (1/4) mile South of Paseo Del Norte Blvd NE.) North Hills Mobile Home Park owner Mike Ahlers knew that ASTOR’s mommy’s mobile home has numerous defects when Ahlers sold the mobile home to ASTOR’s mommy. When ASTOR’s mommy complained to Ahlers about the below-City code mobile home full of defects, Ahlers began retaliating against ASTOR’s mommy. The water-lines between the walls of ASTOR’s mobile home were defective. ASTOR didn’t have ANY water inside of his mobile home or outside of his mobile home. ASTOR’s mommy had to haul heavy, five (5) gallon bottles of water home for ASTOR to drink from 2013 until 2018. On July 28, 2017 and again on August 28, 2017, Mike Ahlers, owner of North Hills Mobile Home Park, admitted under oath and on record (tape-recorded on CD) that Ahlers had illegally shut ASTOR’s water off in 2013 (five-years ago) ASTOR also didn’t have any heat inside of his house for five-years.
On Tuesday, January 02, 2018 three (3) Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies showed up on
ASTOR’s front porch at 7224 Springfield Drive NE. Part of these Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies also have relatives and associates at North Hills Mobile Home Park. These Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies then evicted ASTOR’s 64-year old, single and fully-disabled mommy. One of these Bernalillo County Sheriff Deputies slammed ASTOR’s mommy around on ASTOR’s front porch while ASTOR and his three (3) other feline housemates wailed in terror and hid from fright. Then this same Bernalillo County Sheriff Deputy physically SLAMMED --- with his fist and back of his hand --- ASTOR’s mommy’s neck, already injured shoulder and into her back as these Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies repeatedly threatened and hit and physically walked up against ASTOR’s mommy through the length of North Hills Mobile Home Park and forced ASTOR’s mommy out the front gate of North Hills Mobile Home Park.
North Hills Mobile Home Park Mike Ahlers and his employees Russel Evans, Herbert Bishop and other employees nailed a board over ASTOR’s pet door. They shut all of ASTOR’s windows and closed all of ASTOR’s curtains. ASTOR and his feline housemates had always been able to go outside through their pet door and into their yard and porch to lay on their patio chairs under their bird feeders and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Now all of a sudden ASTOR and his feline housemates were trapped inside of their own home. ASTOR and his feline housemates were trapped inside without food, water, or heat.
On Saturday, January 06, 2018 ASTOR’s mommy went back to ASTOR’s mobile home because she was frantic to check on ASTOR and his feline housemates. ASTOR’s mommy owned ASTOR’s mobile home in full --- she paid $18,000.00 cash for ASTOR’s mobile home. ASTOR’s mommy had already paid the January 2018 rent … ASTOR’s mommy didn’t owe any money. Before ASTOR’s mommy could talk to ASTOR and his feline housemates who were laying in the inside windows crying and pawing at the windows to let ASTOR’s mommy inside, owner Mike Ahlers, office employee Steve Jones and a neighbor Dave McIver called the Albuquerque Police Department. The Albuquerque Police Department officer made ASTOR’s mommy get into his car and he took ASTOR’s mommy off of the North Hills Mobile Home Park property.
Then on Sunday, January 14, 2018 ASTOR’s mommy tried to go back to North Hills Mobile Home Park to feed and check on the well-being of ASTOR and his feline housemates. ASTOR’s mommy had barely gotten to ASTOR’s home when owner Mike Ahlers and neighbor Dave McIver called the Albuquerque Police Department again. ASTOR’s mommy was arrested in ASTOR’S OWN HOME--- IN FRONT OF TERRIFIED ASTOR AND HIS THREE FELINE HOUSEMATES. ASTOR’s mommy was charged with CRIMINAL TRESPASS simply because she was trying to feed her beloved, companion pets.
