own it to be able to get funding. It's not about your credit it's about the deal, they will

pull a soft credit check. I have nothing to do with that part of this. We will get you funded

when Banks say No, I have over 100 Private Lenders that will say YES! 

We closed Deals during the Pandemic which was tough so during these times should

be easy as 1,2,3 to get Investor Funded.
