I am a semi retired General Contractor looking to trade my services in exchange for a place to park and live in my 5th with water and electricity. I have been in the construction field for 37 years building commercial and residential projects in California. The last 20 years in a management position working for large construction companies as a field superintendent and I had my own construction company with a General Contractors license. I have lots of experience, tools and knowlege and I can operate heavy equipment. The location I am looking for would be in the foothills, mountains or the Sacramento Delta area in Northern California. This is where I have lived most of my life but I don't have to live here and will consider any offer submitted to me to include relocation out of state. I am single and keep to myself most of the time and still visit friends and my son in Northern California. . If you need a home or any other structure built I can do that. If I will be living on a piece of property that needs upkeep, security and maintenance I can do that. I do pretty much everything needed for property improvement and maintenance to include water and well systems, cutting in roads and home pads, foundations, landscaping, fencing and gates, culverts, retaing walls and decks are my specialty.
