Certified, Educated and Experienced Building Inspectors with 1000's of completed inspections. Out Inspection include but not limited too: Roof & Exterior Coverings, Structure, basement, dampness, electical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. Attic, garages, out-building, sidewalks, driveway, decks and concrete. The Inspection will take 2-3 hours, we encourage our Clients to attend the inspection. Our Fees start from $250.00 up. Fees are based on a number of factors: size, complexity and location.  Reports are usually issued immediately following the inspection. However, certain inspections may require a PFD Inspection Report. This will take a day, and will be emailed. 

We offfer Limited Inspection as well: roof Inspection, Basement dampness, Phase, Construction,  Consultations, Etc.
