We are looking for “energetic, motivated, sociable, outgoing, and license Real Estate professional initiative-takers with a strong sense of urgency that does not come at the expense of quality.”—But you have seen that ad many, many times. Everyone is looking for good agents; we are trying to find and/or train great agents. We are a full-service brokerage, engaging in condo & coop sales, houses, office & retail spaces, residential leases, and undeveloped plots. I will help you identify your passion and develop a recognizable and sought after expertise in it. We have a sister company that does property management and brings listings in the buildings managed, more sale and rental leads.

We are seeking creative, interesting, lateral thinkers and analytical people. Professional negotiation, cold calling, and sales experience, all major pluses. Readers with a college education, or a plausible excuse, are preferred.

While real estate agents are independent contractors, with much freedom and independence, this is a profession, and not a part-time endeavor. This is a commission-based position, with quarterly & annual bonuses.

We have no startup fees, no desk fees, no training fees, no monthly fees, competitive splits, mentorship training program, yearly bonuses, and a “family-oriented” environment, down to our townhouse offices. All positions have highly competitive commissions.

Job description For Residential Real Estate Team Leader

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

The Residential Team Leader is responsible for the success of our agents, individually and as a team. You will provide the resources and critical sales support functions that will allow agents to maximize their efforts. You will also be responsible for developing the skills and capabilities of the agent team while developing your own leadership skills. This role supports the broker and will participate in the recruiting and training of new agents. Our ideal candidates are experienced team leader who to wants growth. high income potential, quick analytical person, and a positive collaborator. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

1. Assisting broker with or individually executing the following. Other duties may be assigned. Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.

2. Manage sales and profitability to budgeted forecast.

3. Lead and support agents and teams daily.

4. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns.

5. Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

6. Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.

7. Maintain the operations manual that documents all systems and standards.

8. Keep the Broker informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be managed.

9. Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. Supervise agents & teams, and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed. Hire new agents and associate brokers.

10. Produce & update new listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately. Setup production goals for their agents and teams. And Training program to increase production.

Compensation: no salary or draw but instead will receive High commissions 75% percent commission on own desk, quarterly overrides and yearly bonuses on their agents, yearly bonuses on their teams, we require a Broker or Associated Broker PA license and experience in handling team activity. No Startup Fees/No Desk Fees/No Training Fees/No Monthly Fees/Competitive.
