We at Don Levy Inc work on 40 Wall street, 75 maiden lane and have an office at One World Trade Center. We are a labor supplier and financial firm looking to provide labor and finance (services below) to Contractors and developers.
Our labor is competitive, cost effective and can help eliminate middle men such as inflated labor costs from subcontractors which can cost
Cost of unskilled labor such as security guards and skilled labor such as carpenters range from $20- $70/hour typically depending on project size and location, however usually it is on the lower end of the range such as $37-38/hour for a skilled workers like carpenters. We would take care of the (wages, salaries and W-2s) If general insurance is needed please let us know when hiring from us. Union and prevailing wages cost more and can be +$80/hour and subcontractors can nearly double this price.
Clients who hire from us exclusively can also seek help from us in obtaining bond premiums up to any amount. We simply write a check and can obtain bonds up to $50 million plus or less depending on project size.
We also may be able to assist in investing in $1 million projects and higher (on the developers end )you are interested in. You may get the project and be the GC for the contract so long as the project criterions are met and the labor contract portion belongs to Don Levy Inc. We would love to be your exclusive labor provider. Again this is for continued clients and is exclusive to them.
Don Levy finance is the second part of our company looking to invest into development projects in the development and investment stage. We have $3-5 billion in our financial portfolio. This consists of private wealth from hedge fund managers , private investors etc. We are looking to invest into commercial real estate and residental property of projects that amount to $1 million $100 million+. We can reach any amount so long as the project criterions is met and we receive the labor contract.
