Position: Cook

Wage: CAD$18.00/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook various food items including Black Bean Noodle, Jjampong, Sweet & Sour pork & chicken, Yang Jang Pi, fried rice, Cold-roasted Beef, and other dishes on the menu:  
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience.
