Need two 32 - 40-hour employees experienced or willing to learn who can excel under high peak volume sales. Our cooks: Fry, Char Grill, Grill on Flat Top, Skillets and Bake with 95% cooked made from scratch and we cook to temp requests. Must have reliable transporation and be at your assigned position when scheduled. Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Mon - Sat: 7:00am - 9:00 / 9:30pm and on Sunday only open 8:00am - 3:00pm
With flexible availablity I can schedule rotating days off to include a weekend off every 3-weeks. Raises earned through mastering position and cooking foods that are cooked properly, the right cook temp with low ticket times while keeping work area and ktchen clean.
You will be evaluated for knife skills in addition to cooking both a hamburger and egg to temp prior to job offer.
Have both a diner style restaurant and a 24' Full Kitchen on wheels for Catering, Parties and Festivals.
Closed Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving. Paid weekly.
