Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure the restaurant’s smooth operation.
• Manage restaurant staff’s work schedules.
• Responsible for customer feedback and dealing with complaints arising from customers.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve customer service.
• Provide necessary training for staff.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies when necessary.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports to the management.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school.
• Experience in hospitality or related field.
• Strong customer service skills are preferred.
• Numeracy and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
