Duties and responsibilities as a Bookkeeper NOC 12200

-  Prepare and maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records, ensuring daily tracking and reconciliation.
-  Record and file all financial transactions promptly and accurately, verifying their accuracy and maintaining proper documentation.
-  Generate and issue invoices, follow up on payments, and make payments as necessary.
-  Maintain general entries and general ledgers, assisting in the preparation of trial balances, cash flow statements, and income statements.
-  Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial and accounting reports.
-  Maintain employee files, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
-  Perform additional bookkeeping services as required.
-  Process payroll and handle related services, including tax deductions and reporting.
-  Provide assistance in the preparation of the annual audit report.
-  Track and maintain detailed inventory records.
-  Complete other duties as assigned.
