Southern Pride BBQ Co. is seeking a Kitchen Manager with 2 years previous Kitchen Manager experience. Must be able to work in a fast -paced environment with reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the overall operations for the Back of House including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, training, ordering, inventory and managing food cost. In addition Kitchen Manager must ensure that the companies standards are upheld, food and sanitation standards are to health department requirements. Competitive compensation.
