Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Wage: $25.00 per hour

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% gross salary as a vacation reimbursement

Hours of work: 30- 40 hours per week.

Language requirement: English

Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.

- Set better service to be offered and implement.

- Recruit staff, do interview and manage staff training.

- Evaluate staff performance and set work schedule.

- Monitor sales, evaluate service and food quality, and modify procedures and prices.

- Bargaining arrangements with necessary supplies for food and restaurant operation.

- Resolve customer complaints and enquiries.

Job Requirements:

                                                               
Education: Completion of high school; AND

Experience: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management OR 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector or any other supervisory experience is required.
