Job Requirements

- Experience: 2-3 years in food preparation or service

Job Duties

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers
- Estimate requirements and order ingredients, food, equipment and supplies, and check deliveries
- Maintain records of stock, equipment, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare timetables, work schedules, cleaning schedules or coordinates their preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
