Position: Cook

Wages: CAD$16.00/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week

Job Duties:

-Prepare and cook various Japanese foods including Teppanyaki steaks and seafood, various salads and appetizers including tempura, Tuna Tataki, Yakitori and other items on the menu, in cooperation with the rest of the staff;

-Oversee kitchen operation;

-Maintain inventory and records of food;

-Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:

-Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required

-Completion of secondary school
