Job Title: Cook

Position Available: 3

Wage: $17.40 - $20.00 per hour

Work Condition: 30 - 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

Work Location: 5818 Beach Ave, Peachland, BC V0H 1X4

Job Duties:

- Plan, prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese meal

- Monitor food inventory stock and order if necessary

- Ensures Kitchen area, food storage and utensils are kept sanitary

- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Assist other cooks and perform related work as required

Requirements:

- Education: Completion of Secondary School

- Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience may be required.

- Language: English is required
