Club Ilia is looking for F/T cooks

Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14-$18/hour (depending on Experience)
Working hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods utilizing standardized recipes
• Oversee kitchen operations
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs

Educational Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school

Experience requirements:

• 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

• English
