  Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Communicate and coordinate with auto service department
• Recruit and hire assistants when necessary
• Train customer service/service advisor in job duties and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints
• Review and evaluate customer feedback
• Perform same duties as customer service/service advisor
