The Business Consultant – Real Estate Planning is responsible for driving and supporting new and continued initiatives for the Real Estate Planning Team and Corporate Real Estate function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist to develop my real estate daily activities. In this position, The duties you'll perform do not require a license. The requirements for this position are more general office-type skills, you must be highly organized and socially confident.
WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.
• Posting property listings, filing documents
• Drives internal and cross-departmental initiatives in support of Real Estate strategy and continuous process improvement
• Delivers process enhancements and special projects across the Real Estate function
• Performs project oversight to ensure that team work is planned, executed, and reported on in a timely manner and with high quality
• Performs and interprets ad hoc research and analysis to assist with driving decisions when necessary, primarily utilizing excel
• Develops accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports to facilitate management decision making
• Researches and provides best practice recommendations for a variety of Stakeholders
• Performs and maintains standard reporting as necessary
• Develops Executive-level presentation materials to present to internal EVP level stakeholders
• Excellent partnering and communication skills while working with various Teams.
EDUCATION:
Required - High School Diploma or GED
Required - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred - Advanced Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE (Optional):
• 2 years of experience real estate business (technology) projects, or the business side of technology projects required
• 1 year of business case development experience building financial and non-financial justification for potential initiatives required
• Must have experience presenting to upper level management
• Must have proficient knowledge of strategic and financial analysis
• 2 years Consulting (internal or external) experience preferred
• Portfolio Management experience preferred
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
• Must have the manual dexterity to skillfully operate a computer keyboard
• Assisting with property closings.
• Posting property listings, filing documents

• Able to lead and assist with internal and cross-departmental initiatives in support of Real Estate strategy and continuous process improvement

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform
