Job Duties: 

• Overseeing all aspects of the store's daily operations, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store employees to ensure that they provide excellent customer service and follow all store policies and procedures.
• Setting sales goals and developing strategies to achieve them, including creating promotional campaigns, managing pricing and discounts, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiating with suppliers to source merchandise for resale when necessary
• Managing store finances, including creating and managing budgets, forecasting sales and expenses, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
• Ensuring that the store is safe and secure for employees and customers, including managing loss prevention strategies and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or related fields 
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role; experience in fashion or clothing industry is preferred
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of business management processes
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet sales goals, strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales
• Excellent leadership, organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to use computer software and technology for tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and data analysis
