Welcome Woods Market in Halfmoon Bay, BC is looking for competent Retail Store Supervisors.

Position Available: 2

Wage: C$22.60 per hour

Work Hours: 30.00 hours per week (full-time and permanent)

Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Work Location: Halfmoon Bay, BC

Language of Work: English

Job Duties:

●      Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and shelf stockers

●      Assign cashiers and shelf stockers to duties, review their performance and prepare work schedules

●      Authorize return of merchandise

●      Sell merchandise to customers

●      Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, etc.

●      Maintain inventory and order merchandise

●      Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising

●      Train or arrange for the training of new cashiers and shelf stockers

●      Perform the same duties as workers supervised when needed

Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous retail sales experience

Language: English skills
