Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with merchandise display and restocking.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Participate in inventory control procedures and assist with stockroom duties as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with experience as a Cashier preferred.
• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of luxury brands.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
