• Job Duties

· Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.

· Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules. 

· Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations.

· Receive payments and issue receipts.

· Authorize payments and the return of merchandise. 

· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

· Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.

· Recruitment and training staff.

· Prepare reports on sales volume and forecasting, merchandising, and personnel matters.

· Perform cleaning & maintaining activities.

• Job Requirements

· Education: Completion of Secondary School. 

· Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of retail sales experience is required.
