NYC rooms for rent is a ROOM referral agency located in Manhattan (606 west 145th St. New York NY 10031).

Our current room rentals are located primarily in Manhattan & The Bronx.(Yonkers,Brooklyn,Queens & New Jersey are limited.)

These are room accommodations within a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment where the bathroom and kitchen are shared with primary tenants.

Starting rates are $200 up to $250.00 weekly for singles, rates for couples are $300.00 up to $350.00 weekly.

Your requirements are as follows: (photo id or passport, proof of income or school information, tourist are OK, registration fee $200.00 for single occupancy room - $300.00 for double occupancy room).
