We have fully furnished rooms for rent available today. Singles, couples are all welcome. Must have proof of income. You will have your own private bedroom while share bathroom + kitchen weekly basis rooms, we have both Manhattan, uptown in the Washington Heights area and the Bronx.

Rent includes utilities and there is no credit check

Rent for singles starts at $175.00 - $200.00 - $225.00 per week; couple's rate starts at $250.00 - $300.00 weekly.

You will need One week rent + One week deposit + Singles service fee is 200. Couples service fee is 300.
