We have Fully Furnished rooms for rent for immediate placement. Singles,Couples are all Welcome.Must have proof of Income. You will have your own private room where you share bathroom and  kitchen with approximately 2 or 3 other people. We have Manhattan,Bronx,(Brookyn,Queens,Yonkers,NJ are limited). No credit check.

Prices for singles range from $200 to $250 weekly.Couples range from $300 to $350 weekly.

You will need 1 week's rent,1 week deposit and our registration service fee. Singles service fee is $250 dollars and Couples registration service fee is $300 dollars.

Must have Photo Id and Proof of Income.
