Prequalified Appointments are provided at no expense, and the Sales Rep will receive 2-3 Appointments per day, up to 4 per day. Weekly, the Sales Rep will receive a total of 12-14 Appointments and this should result in 5-6 sales per week. The average commission is $600-$700 per sale, and there are bonuses available too
All customer's are credit pre-approved and qualified. No cold-calling or going door-to-door required. The homeowner contacted the company after seeing a TV commercial and requested information on installing a pool in their backyard yard.
Average closing ratio is 40-50%, this is the company average, so basically 1 out of 2 Appointments will close.
Gas money is provided for first 10 Appointments to help the person out as much as possible
Dress attire: jeans, sneakers, casual wear is encouraged, just make sure it’s clean looking
Qualifications: Sales experience, preferably 1 year but will consider if less than 1 year
Smart phone that can download apps for work
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
You are paid 75% upfront each sale and 25% when the pool is installed. You are not required to go back to the house after your initial visit- the Installation team takes over from there
This is an excellent position for someone looking to work for a great company that is one of the leading pool companies in the industry. Anyone that has been in sales knows that this type of work does not come along too often.
You do not pay for leads, or anything out of pocket. This is a rewarding legitimate position unlike half the garbage out there. (You can tell I have been burnt one too many times online)
