Maintenance Technician - Facilities – Akron, OH – JOB 20-00460
 
Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $25.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

Akron Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician.  The Maintenance Technician will assist in the overall maintenance of the company facilities.  This includes: general plumbing, lighting, janitorial duties, HVAC, preventative maintenance, exterior maintenance, etc.  
 
REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Past experience with maintaining facilities highly desired
• Must have experience with general plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills.
• Experience with welding and repairing of equipment desired
• Experience with HVAC a plus
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experienced.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
• Previous Supervisory experience a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a good driving record

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
