Project Surveyor - AutoCAD Civil 3D, ALTA/ NSPS , Land Title, As-Builts & Boundary Surveys - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 23-00468

Salary Range: $50K - $100K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A growing full service civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Surveyor. The Project Surveyor's key responsibility is to plan and coordinate projects which may include aerial mapping control, ALTA/ NSPS land title surveys, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, computer mapping, consolidation/subdivision plats, construction layout, easement, and legal document preparation, erosion control plans, geographic information systems, development surveys, land acquisition, property line surveys, residential site plans, right-of-way plan development, subdivision designs, topographic surveys, and utility inventory mapping.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Surveying required
• Professional Surveyor license is preferred OR appropriate progress toward achieving professional license.
• Must have a minimum 5+ years' experience.
• Must be proficient with survey technology and equipment, and other company software as needed.
• MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• Job site visitation as required.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
