Mechanical Engineer - Solon, Ohio - JOB 23-00238

Salary Range: $80k - $110k+ Permanent Position with Benefits

Akron / Cleveland area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Mechanical Engineer
 
REQUIREMENTS

• BSME or BSMET (Masters Degree is a plus)
• 4+ years' hands on work experience designing industrial machinery
• CAD skills using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic fluid power design
• Solid understanding of design calculations of mechanical equipment considering: torque, rotation, speed, inertia, temperature & friction
• Must be willing to work in engineering and on the shop floor to interact with production
• Occasional travel may be needed to evaluate new projects

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
