Foundry Supervisor - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00699

Salary Range: $70k - $100k Permanent Position with Benefits.

Cleveland, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Foundry Supervisor to develop, train, coach and manage employees for die casting.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School graduate (post-secondary education is a plus)
• 5+ years' experience in a foundry as a supervisor
• Problem solver
• Schedule work assignments, provide work instructions, distribute jobs to foundry employees, train, coach and manage employees for die casting operation.
• Monitoring daily production levels
• set up and/or supervise die cast machine set-up
• Oversee production and quality

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
