Salary Range: $40K Base + commission (Average total compensation $80K - $120K+) - Permanent Position with Benefits
 
A growing original equipment manufacturer is opening a new facility in Monroe, Michigan and is now seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to service the Toledo and SW Michigan area. The Technical Sales Engineer prepares and delivers technical representations explaining company's products and services to both new and current clients. Successful candidate will build relationships with customers based upon strong technical prowess, consultative behavior, a natural competitive drive, and enthusiasm to help customers.
 
REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Must have a technical background.
• Must work well in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to build and maintain strong client relationships quickly.
• Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated and persistent.
• A valid driver's license is required.

 
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
