SUMMARY:  Management Business Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer for its client in Gilbert, AZ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and production of critical software for aerospace, scientific, commercial and military customers. This position will be responsible with the front end of the business development and will be working with senior levels of the company, customers and vendors at times. This is an on-site position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Development of software applications, support of existing software, and customer support regarding software applications.
• Design, development, analysis, testing, prototype, production of the new software product, and support of existing software.
• Application architecture and design patterns, as well as Linux device driver creation.
• Serve as a technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.
• Interfacing with high level personnel from the company, customers, and partners.
• Assist in training less experienced engineers internally.
• Participate in a variety of training activities to stay up to date on technology and informed of new processes, methods, and advances in relevant fields. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering.
• 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and machine learning/AI design languages is required.
• Experience with Python packages such as NumPy and SciPy.
• Familiarity with ML/AI packages such as Tensor Flow, Pandas, and Keras.
• Must be comfortable with agile software development methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well both internally and externally, and deadline achievement experience required.
