Architect - Commercial Projects, AutoCAD, Revit - Cleveland, OH - JOB 23-00134

Salary Range: $55K - $75K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A growing architectural firm is seeking to hire an Architect to assist with production work on a variety of commercial projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Architectural degree or other degree plus experience.
• 5 to 10 years minimal doing architectural design and production work.
• Prefer someone that has worked on a variety of commercial architecture projects.
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD & Revit.
• MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Solid understanding of building code requirements.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems.
• Must be dependable, have good attendance & good references.
• Must be self-motivated and have the desire to grow and become an asset to the firm.
• Works closely with the Project Architect and assist Drafters.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
